Robert J. Becerra moderates panel at Florida Bar International Law Section’s iLaw2023 Conference

Robert J. Becerra, Principal of Becerra Law, P.A., moderated a panel on “Counterfeits or Gray Market?: Latest Trends in Trademark and Intellectual Property Protection, Enforcement and Compliance for Imported and Exported Trademarked Goods” at the iLaw2023: The ILS Global Forum on International Law, held February 18, 2023 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Miami. The panel included a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations in Miami, Counsel for the Office of Trade for Customs and Border Protection in Washington, along with prominent international trade and compliance practitioners. The iLaw conference is the Florida Bar International Law Section’s premier annual conference containing three tracks of international law programming: international litigation, international arbitration, and international transactions.
