Criminal Enforcement of Import Duty Evasion in the United States, Fall 2025 Issue of International Law Quarterly

Robert J. Becerra, Principal of Becerra Law, P.A., authored an article entitled, “Criminal Enforcement of Import Duty Evasion in the United States” published in the Fall 2025 issue of International Law Quarterly, the magazine of the Florida Bar International Law Section. The article discussed the recent emphasis on criminal enforcement of the tariff laws and regulations, various schemes to evade import duties and guidance for compliance and best practices to avoid illegal evasion of duties.
