Robert J. Becerra, Principal of Becerra Law, P.A., moderated a panel on “International Money Laundering Through The Precious Metals Markets” at the iLaw2022: The ILS Global Forum on International Law, held April 1, 2022 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Miami. The panel included the Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Miami, along with prominent international trade and compliance practitioners, along with a prominent Miami Herald reporter. The iLaw conference is the Florida Bar International Law Section’s premier annual conference containing three tracks of international law programming: international litigation, international arbitration, and international transactions.
